“We have utilized ESI to assist in our many laboratory relocation projects for several years and are continually impressed with their level of dedication, professionalism and ability to remain flexible to our customer’s needs even in the most demanding project environments. Their capability to meet exacting time frames and the widespread geographic nature of our business provides us with both reassurance and confidence in being able to exceed customer requirements as part of our turnkey delivery solution”.
We have partnered with Evolution Scientific for several years at many large pharma locations on the East Coast. Not only does ESi handle several types of instruments, they also perform a whole host of services for us like calibrations, PMs and validation. Some of the labs are GMP suites, so it’s comforting knowing that ESi is very well-versed in that area and we don’t have to worry about things being completed properly. We will continue to grow our relationship with ESi on many fronts and view them as a true partner within our organization.
We in the medical device industry have very high standards that require a high level of Quality and Compliance. In the manufacture sector, our calibration requirements are critical to our success. We have selected ESI to be our primary provider for our calibration program and for over 3 years, ESI has exceeded our expectations and is continuing to focus on their customers and the Quality of work with continuous improvements and growth within their organization. Great Job to all at ESI!
Joe and his group always provide great service and respond to what we need here and the other associates are happy along with our upper management.
So far we have been very happy with your service, a huge improvement from the previous company we dealt with.
ESI had provided services at our facility for approximately 12+ years. I directly managed these services for most of that time, and was very pleased with all aspects of services and support. Around June 2017, the company eliminated the need for this scope resultant of their organization restructuring. Otherwise ESI would still be here.
