ESi Founder:

Joseph C. Morwald, Founder, President/CEO, with over 25 years of being involved in the Leadership, Management and Operations of technical services to Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, and Health Care industries, built and managed from start-up several Technical Service Organizations that deliver direct technical services with strong Quality Management. Joseph Morwald is a highly recognized and respected industry professional with expertise in Sterilization, High Purity Water Systems, Steam, Calibration and Metrology, Maintenance, and Validation. He has a great ability to recruit and surround himself with experienced talented individuals which makes the team stronger by working off of each other’s strengths. Joseph Morwald is actively involved in all levels of the organization from technical development, quality, team building, and professional development. He has a proven track record of partnering with customers in helping them meet their stated goals.
